In this video I show how to properly replace a top lid and a screen assembly on an HP Envy X360 M6 model laptop. This video takes you step-by-step in detail on how to properly disassemble the entire top lid screen assembly and all the wire management the comes along with it. It is very important to get the wire management back exactly as it was from Factory in order for the screen to properly snap back into the top lid. A word of warning, it has been my experience that the majority of the screen assemblies that are made by third-party vendors for the X360 model will not snap totally back into place possibly leaving some gaps between the screen assembly in top-lit therefore not being fully secured into the top lid. As a result I have refrained from doing these repairs. Repair at your own risk.
