Installing a new bone nut & saddle

I decided to do things a little differently today. I wanted to show you the amount of work it takes to create a new a bone nut and saddle for an acoustic guitar without relying much on power tools. This isn't 100% hand work (I did use my band saw and spindle sander just a little bit) but this is a lot of power than I normally use for this repair. Its a lot of work for such a simple thing that most people take for granted.
