This video covers the assembly and install of an electrical column in a 2023 Ford Transit 148" HR.

What Comes in Your Kit:
•Pre-cut and labeled column pieces
•Latches and Catches, screws
•Face plate (will vary depending on individual client options)

Tools You Will Need:
•Rubber Mallet
•Drill
•Wood Adhesive
•Painter's Tape
•Paint

How to Assemble Your Electrical Column:
1. Place a bead of wood adhesive in your lock dowel slots on your side panels
2. One at a time, connect your side panel lock dowels (H-clips) with the pre-made holes in your electrical column face (hammer/push together until the sides are flush)
3. Screw down your face plate (you can do this now, or after you install in to the van)
4. Place and screw down your latches evenly spaced down the interior sides of your side panels (3 on one side, 2 on the other)

How to Install Your Electrical Column:
1. Run painters tape on your wall panels in your van where the sides of your electrical column will sit
2. Dab a little bit of paint around the holes of each of your latches
3. Press your painted latches/electrical column into the tape on your van's wall
4. Pre-drill holes in the marked spots on your tape and screw down your catches directly into those holes on your wall
5. Connect your electrical column latches with your catches and adjust if needed
6. Connect your wires to your face plate options (lighting, power, heater, water pump, etc)
