It's time I built my wife an ebike and she wanted to use this Electra Townie frame for it. She just wanted a simple set up with as few cables as possible, so I just used the throttle and not the pedal assist.
It turned out brilliant and she rides it everyday!
We used a 13AH battery and she rides about 75kms between charges.
All the additional parts in the video were bought from ebay and are easy to search for, but please ask if you need help locating them.
