GN Chan takes us through the design philosophy behind Double Chicken Please, including how they represent solid foods as liquid drinks, in effect eating your drink and drinking your food. Every detail is designed with the customer in mind, and we hear about how hacking design and collaborating around flavor ideas have brought a new vision to life.

Chef Mark Chou serves up succulent bites, such as a divine chicken liver mousse with caramelised shallots, ruby port and coffee butter, matched perfectly to the cocktails.
