In War nobody truly wins. Not You. Not Me. Not Them. And so I dream of a World where every boy and girl can share this Earth to live in peace and not fear, no matter their race, creed or what they believe.

"It’s honestly been hard these past few months having to witness the genocide unfold in Gaza and watching so-called ‘civilized’ Western societies woefully ignoring the plight of my people. It’s been difficult to have any sense of normalcy when every day innocent lives are lost to the violence and to the silence of those who we would ordinarily look up to. It’s so unbelievably frustrating having to constantly be dehumanized by Western societies while they continue to exploit, oppress and kill us in the process. How dystopian to be living in a modern world still plagued by tribalism and so far from the democratic ideals we were taught to believe the Western world strives to have.

Enough is Enough. Nothing justifies Racism. Nothing justifies a Genocide.

I made this song because it feels as if the world simply doesn’t care about us. Our lives just aren’t as valued or treated equally by the West, which is clear in the way that they dehumanize us and in the way they continue to exploit our resources and wage wars on our countries. I’m so fed up with being told that Arabs are bad, or that they’re evil, or that we’re the enemy, while we’re being vilified, oppressed and massacred indiscriminately. In spite of the atrocities we’re having to cope with, I do believe that one day, soon enough, the suffering will be alleviated and we will all be able to coexist peacefully.

And until then, I’ll continue to advocate for my people’s rights to be free."
