ROEST sample roasters are now available at Sweet Maria's Coffee and Coffee Shrub ! We will be distributing the ROEST S100 Plus and L100 Plus, as well as future sample roaster models from ROEST. The ROEST is a professional coffee lab roaster, perhaps the most advanced on the market, with time-saving back-to-back roast features, detailed control of roast profiles, and the ability to model different roast profiles while sharing them via the online portal.

We have been using ROEST L100 Plus in Oakland for 2 years, and now we added a machine for Dan in Seattle so we can do calibrated cuppings from different locations. While costly, our experience is that the time saved, the ability to execute roasts while doing other important work, the elimination of most roast errors resulting in re-roasts, and our calibration over distance has paid for the machine cost many times over.

Used by many larger roasters, we think it's an outstanding investment for the smaller roasting shop too ... and perhaps for a few of the more dedicated (er, or crazy obsessed) home roasters out there. -T
