Описание к видео Sumbrada Tutorial: Techniques & Training Methods | Filipino Martial Arts

SUMBRADA is the ’Counter for Counter Training Method’ from the Filipino Martial Arts.
This is our 2nd video covering this topic.

Link to our first Sumbrada video:    • Sumbrada | The "Counter for Counter" ...

The purpose of this video is 2 fold:
1. We’re going to provide you with a deeper understanding of the basic choreography of the ‘counter for counter’ training method.
2. We’ll show how the basic pattern can be used as a platform to launch into various forms of free play.

Conclusion:
I hope this video increased your understanding of what the Sumbrada Training Method is.
I like sumbrada because it offers the student an intermediate step between isolated skills and all out sparring.

Yes - Truth is outside the Pattern
But Truth is also inside the Pattern

You want to Master the Basics so you can Transcend them.
Realizing Mastery is not a destination, but an ongoing process.

And so it goes, with good practice over time
…when skills no longer require thought
......then talent may truly blossom.

Good luck in training.

............May you enjoy the journey.
