Recipe:
370 grams pork belly
250 grams tofu
30 grams light soy sauce
10 grams dark soy sauce
20 grams black beans
20 grams sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
pinch od red pepper flakes
150 grams water or stocks
3 cloves garlic
20 grams spring onions
oil for frying
