The murtala Ajaka campaign council says it has not received any notice of supreme Court sitting on the 2023 Kogi state Governorship election as speculated. the director New media of the council, Isaiah ijele said this while briefing journalists at the national secretariat of the social Democratic party SDP in Abuja. He said the team of lawyers for the party and the candidate have not been given any date.

The council was reacting to an operation order released by the state commissioner of police for Friday, August 16th, as the date for the Supreme Court to deliver judgment on the Governorship election.


The party insisted that the Supreme Court could not fix a date for sitting without duly informing the party.
