Hello everyone, hope you are all safe and happy. today I will show a type of sweet delicacy which is named as puhul dosi.it is made by ash gourd. this sweet delicacy is much suitable for the evening and morning tea time. puhul dosi is a native sweet delicacy type more popular in Sri Lanka, especially in the southern part of the Sri Lanka.it is very easy to make this delicacy and needs very few ingredients.Ash gourd Candy | Puhul Dosi | Winter Melon Candy by village girl | Ceylon village style

Ash Gourd or Petha is such an underestimated food..perhaps due to the little known facts like it's the best remedy for acidity, a great diet food with its high water content and of course quite yum when cooked..it is what originally goes into the southern staple Sambar!
