The town is the ideal starting point for hiking ,trekking , biking ,etc , discovering the natural beauties and other sites in Valtellina and the Swiss Alps ! From here we can decide whether to proceed to the Italian Alps as well as the Italian Alps !
Along the sentiero Valtellina you can admire the unique valley landscapes and the natural environment of Adda River . Tirano is the departure station of the Bernina Red Train , a UNESCO world heritage site ,that goes to St. Moritz along a magnificent scenery !
