The A.I.P Diet...or Auto Immune Protocol, is an elimination diet which lasts 30/60/90 days depending on your symptoms, and is supposed to be one of the best ways to reduce inflammation and improve gut health.

The diet was specifically made for people with auto immune conditions (hence the name!), However, as Endometriosis has several of the hall marks of an AI condition...I'm putting myself through the diet, to see if it helps my Endo symptoms!

However...I also struggle with extreme bloating, Acne, Fatigue...and so many other symptoms linked to hormonal imbalances, made worse by inflammation. So I'll also be tracking those too!
