Black Box Dye to Platinum Blonde Bob Hair Transformation: This started out as a black box dye removal after Jenn had used black box dye on her hair for over 10 years. She went to a hair colorist and they attempted to remove it and left a lot of bleeds and banding throughout the crown and nape of the hair. Jenn really wanted to have platinum hair, so I told her that we could do it, but it may take sessions. I also told her it would be crucial to see her every 6 weeks to do each session and her bleach retouch to avoid adding more bands to her hair. This video takes place over the first two sessions. She was also open to a new look with her haircut so Philip Wolff (handles below) did the haircut along with our great friend Vinny who doesn't have social media lol. Philip gave Jenn an incredible haircut which definitely helped as for as product, but session one still took approximately 12 hours. We were really pleased with our first session and she called me 5 weeks later like clockwork for her second session. I did my bleach retouch on her and toned with Oligo Pro Calura Gloss shade 10AI, which is an ash iridescent or pearl.
