Rescue operation are on at the Tapovan tunnel in Uttarakhand's Chamoli. . Speaking on the operation, Aparna Kumar if the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) said, "The operation was carried out the entire night and is still under progress. A lot of debris has been removed.
