Fish Fry 🐟
Ingredients :
2 Surmai Fish Fillets
1/2tsp Degi Mirch
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2tsp K. Red Chilli Powder
1tsp Salt
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4tsp Carrom Seeds
1tbsp Chickpea Flour
1tbsp Cornflour
Juice of Half Lemon
A Pinch Of Orange Red Food Color
1/2tbsp Water
Oil to Deep Fry
Method :
1. In a bowl, add the spices and other ingredients above and mix well.
2. Coat the fish with this masala and marinate for 30 mins.
3. Deep fry in hot oil for 2 - 3 mins on each side or until done.
