Yume Senshi is about the Dead Moon Circus coming to town. Tiger's Eye, Fish's Eye, and Hawk's Eye* are on the hunt to find Pegasus by looking into peoples dream mirrors.

We also meet Miss Dream, a young mysterious girl who is able to go into peoples dreams to see if she can find Pegasus as well.The Outer Senshi, Pluto, Uranus, and Neptune are here to stop the awaking of Sailor Saturn, who happens to be the mysterious girl-now known as Tomoe Hotaru.

The musical features three new apparences: Sailor Saturn, Eternal Sailormoon, and Queen Nehelenia.

*Fans will meet Ono Hikari's (as Hawk's Eye) since this is her very first musical!
