Big Ghaz vs Big Tanks! Orks vs Astra Militarum Warhammer 10th Edition 40k Battle Report

With Yarrik out of the picture, Ghazgkhull Thraka needs a new nemesis, enter Lord Solar and his tank parking lot! It's the Waagh vs the might of the Astra Militarum, Boyz vs Tanks, it's going to be a shambles, let's get to it.

The Imperial Guard are back in, Baneblade, Leman Russes, Tempestus Scions and tonnes of Imperial Guard troops take the field. General Chris calls the orders and hopes to take the punch out of the Orks before the green tide hit like a green brick and take out his key pieces.

The Orks have just so. much. stuff. Ghaz, Meganobz, Trukks, Beastsnaggas, all sorts of creepy gitz and big lads. Double Waagh potential means with a turn 1 roll-off win the board will be flooded with angry green troops and vehicles. Can they make it through the barrage of shell fire to krump em up in combat? Or will the tide be held back by the noble imperial guard.

This one was a bit of a shambles, but also a lot of fun. Both armies are fluff themed and very much in line with what we think an Orks force and a Guard force SHOULD look like, so buckle in, bear with us, and let's get to krumpin.
