How to create a sales order in LaceUp's sales rep app, and then I'm going to show you how to export that sales order to QuickBooks.

In QuickBooks, I will be running an open sales order report that will display the exported sales order, and any other sales order created in the selected date range.

To begin open the LaceUp app and tap the customer. Next, tap on the three dots and sales order.

This will open an order template that indicates what that particular customer normally orders from you. To begin creating the order you tap the plus symbol, input the quantity and tap set. To add additional product not yet on the template go to the categories button above, select the desired category, and tap the category containing the product that you'd like to add. Next, select the desired quantity and tap add to order.

When I'm done generating the sales order, transmit the order to the back office by tapping send order. Then tap yes on the following popup. When the order is successfully sent, you will get a success message in the LaceUp app.

Next, the order is exported to QuickBooks where it will automatically show up in the open sales orders by customer report.

To get to this report, open QuickBooks. Go to reports, sales, open sales orders by customer where you can filter by date.
