Today we are creating another digital fluid art piece, which emulates the "dirty pour" technique used in analogue acrylic pour paintings.

With this technique, after the canvas is prepped with white paint, several fluid acrylic colors are added to the same cup and then poured artistically onto the canvas. This can cause wispy tendrils to appear around the edges and often cells will appear. In our digital version, we make the cells extra large using Liquify, distorting them and adding interest with texture brushes.

To finish off we will add some large gold foil patches, with some tiny veins going through the piece as well.

I hope you enjoy the tutorial, and I'd love to see what you come up with! You're very welcome to tag me on Instagram or post your work in our free facebook group.

Thanks again!
