Went to @alfbakery @chelseamarketny for the crookie and picked up a few other things, my thoughts…
🍋Lemon poppyseed babka had 0% lemon flavor which was a let down but the flaky pastry was good
🥃 The chocolate whiskey babka was super delicious and flavor packed. The babka pastry is lighter and more airy than I’ve traditionally had in a babka but it was really tasty
🍒 The chocolate almond cherry bread is really tasty, nice crust and soft, airy center. This was my favorite item from my bakery haul
