Experiment Details:

1. Hydrogen Peroxide Solution: A milder sterilization method, using one part hydrogen peroxide mixed with nine parts water, plus a surfactant for better seed contact.

2. Sodium Dichloro Solution: A precise blend for effective sterilization.

3. Hypochlorous Acid Solution: A newer, gentler approach being tested.

4. Classic Bleach Solution: A strong, fast-acting solution for thorough sterilization.

Following sterilization, the video details the process of seed rinsing, the differences between media with and without charcoal, and the hormone-free media preparation to encourage natural germination.
