Sometimes the starter solenoid is the reason why your ski just gives the "click of despair" when y9ou push the start button. Having a spare is pretty cheap insurance and knowing how to remove and replace it is even better, especially since there is one 10mm SeaDoo nut that means to defeat you.

To get the first nut off is easy, the second one is surrounded by rubber,which prevents the socket from getting to the nut. Solution - make you own "special" socket.
