When Death Comes Tomorrow...

A poetry film about the inevitable tomorrow,
written, narrated and edited by me.

The #poem -

When death comes tomorrow and it's time to leave,
would you celebrate the beautiful moments that you lived,
or think of all the things that you never did and start to weep?

Would you miss the tweeting of the birds
waking you up from your silly summer dreams,
or staring at the moon
on those cold winter nights
when you couldn't fall asleep


Would you look back at life
as a series of long meaningless days,
or treasure those little moments
when you brought a smile on someone's face

Do you think in the end,
you would wish there were things you hadn't said,
or regret those things that you never said?

Would you leave behind friends and lovers
who would mourn your absence
and rejoice in your memories,

Or just people who forget you soon and move on too quickly.



When death comes tomorrow and it's time to leave,
would you say this one lifetime was enough?

Or would you want to come back again and start anew
because maybe in this life, your fears got the better of you


Or were you one of those brave few,
who lived their lives exactly the way they wanted to…


When death comes tomorrow and it's time to leave,
I hope in your heart you can find some peace
and see death, not as a tragic end,
but a beautiful culmination of a fulfilling story.
