I talk about my experience of living with clear retainers for 12 months. There are a few things that I would have liked to have known beforehand so I could have prepared for them.😉

Things I didn't expect, such as:
How long it takes to straighten your teeth (expectation v reality)
How much cleaning you have to do
Eating out when you have braces
Being unable to snack
Struggling with aligners in hot weather
Having to cut or file clear retainers to fit properly
So many dental trips - once every 2 weeks!
