Definition of raw editing: Raw editing is when little to no effects are used beyond pan/crop, fades, and coloring on the footage. Raw videos usually focus on storytelling, emotion, and themes, as opposed to effects. To some people, raw is the opposite of effects-style editing. The text is normally very subtle, and usually black/white.
