2 screwpine leaves/ daun pandan
3 cup water / air
1/4 tsp salt / garam
1/2 cup palm sugar/gula melaka
1/4 cup Brown sugar/ gula merah
1/2 cup Grated coconut/ kelapa parut
a pinch of cardamom powder/ serbuk buah pelaga

3/4 cup(approx) All-purpose flour/ tepung gandum
1/4 cup Rice flour/ tepung beras
3/4 cup Cold water/ air sejuk
1/2 tsp tumeric powder/ serbuk kunyit
1/4 tsp salt/ garam
