Today, on Mother’s Day, our plans took an unexpected turn as Kevin fell ill with pneumonia. Despite this setback, our day was filled with warmth and gratitude. With Kevin resting, my amazing mother-in-law stepped in to support us. Wanting to show her appreciation, I headed to Target for some thoughtful gifts. After exchanging presents, we embraced the gorgeous weather by spending time at the pool, where the kids had a blast. Although swimming wasn't initially on the agenda, Aliya's enthusiasm changed that. Together, we enjoyed an unexpected dip, turning an ordinary day into a memorable one.
