Eden Golan, born in 2003 in Kfar Saba, Israel, is a rising Israeli singer who recently gained international recognition by representing Israel in the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest with her song “Hurricane.” Her background is quite diverse; her father is Latvian-Jewish and her mother Ukrainian-Jewish, both originally from Soviet Russia. The family moved to Russia when Eden was six, a period during which she faced significant social challenges, including being nicknamed “Natasha” due to her Israeli identity.
