How to install Baratza Gasket. Once you remove the plastic, set the hopper aside for a minute. Then, take the body of the Baratza Grinder (Encore, Virtuoso) and remove the grounds bin from the front of the grinder. Inside you should find a cleaning brush and a circular silicon gasket. Now you can take the silicon gasket and place it on top of the white hopper ring, right above the Virtuoso burrs.
