EXPLANATION
First team (Bede Fire Single Stage) [00:00]
This stage has no rules, which means you can use any method.
Leaf (Champion) & Moltres as debuffer and main Sync Move attacker. Added Solar Sync and Drought Alert 3 for Sunny weather field advantage. Her Support EX Role can boost her Sync Move after using her 1st Sync Move. Mine doesn't unlock her EX Role yet.
Chase & Pikachu as evasiveness buffer. His Sprint EX Role is needed for quicker battle.
Rosa (Champion) & Meloetta as sing spammer. Before using her sync move, it would be better to use her B Move first to change its form from Aria Forme to Pirouette Forme and use her Sync Move to change back.

Second team (Hau Ghost Triple Stage) [03:55]
In this stage, the opponent reduces any damage taken when receiving a special damage. You better use the Physical attacker one.
Sygna Suit Cynthia (Renegade) & Giratina as Sync Move attackers. Her Striker EX Role is needed because, with her Striker EX Role, it can get high score points as much as possible.
Summer Gardenia & Dhelmise as special defense debuffer and Ghost zone field caster. Put her as the 1st Target because she has her Support EX Role.
Colress & Klinklang as Thunder Wave spammer and physical defense debuffer.

Third team (Barry Rock Single Stage) [08:08]
In this stage, the opponent is immune to any status conditions and status changes, like Flinch, Confused, Trapped, and Restrained. You can't bring Thunder Wave or Sing spammer because it will waste a little time if those moves fail, because of his Status Immunity.
Sygna Suit Diantha & Diancie as Sync Move attacker. Her Field EX Role would be a good option if you don't have to be bothered to use Rock Wish first.
Elio (Alt.) & Stakataka can cast Rock Zone via his B Move and Circle (Defensive) field caster. For a quick battle, his Sprint EX Role is needed if necessary.
Red & Snorlax are only being used as Super Effective next effect caster via his trainer move.
DON'T let Diantha's Diancie and Elio's Stakataka get a burned status.
