| Walnuts (Akhrot) | 150 gm, roughly chopped |
| Raisin (Kishmish) | 150 gm |
| Pumpkin Seed | 75 gm |
| Melon Seed | 75 gm |
| Sesame Seed | 30 gm |
| Desiccated Coconut | 2 tbsp |
| Poppy Seed | 2 tbsp |
| Dates (Khajoor, seedless) | 600 gm |
| Fig (Injeer) | 100 gm |

Instructions:
1. Roast almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, raisins on low-medium flame in 2 tbsp desi ghee. Keep aside when done.
2. In 1 tbsp desi ghee, roast pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, poppy seeds on low-medium flame. Keep aside when done.
3. Grind dates and figs into a paste.
4. In 1 tbsp desi ghee, cook date/fig paste on low-medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
5. Mix cooked date-fig paste with roasted dry fruits. Mix well.
6. Shape mixture into balls/laddus (or any desired shape).
7. Dry Fruits High Protein Balls are ready to serve.
