He talks about his journey as a stammering law graduate in India to become one of the best mediators in the United States. Sukhsimranjit Singh is the Managing Director of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and Assistant Professor of Law and Practice at Pepperdine Law. Professor Singh served as an associate director from 2016-2017. He is a leading scholar, speaker and trainer on cross-cultural decision making and communication and was invited to deliver a TED Talk on the subject at Salem, Oregon in 2015. Professor Singh has trained more than a thousand mediators, has successfully resolved more than five hundred conflicts and has coached innumerable law students for national and international dispute resolution competitions.Dr.Singh is the Managing Director of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and Assistant Professor of Law and Practice at Pepperdine Law.
