Dear Capital Edge Community Church, (CapitalEdge.org.au)
Thanks so much for the love you have shown us over the past 12 years, and especially for the last (nearly) 4 years whilst we've been serving the Latin American Community in North/Central America. We are honoured to be sent out by such a fantastic bunch of people who are fervently committed to the cause of the Kingdom & to the spreading of the Gospel (the hope for humanity).
Special thanks to Pastor John, as you have believed in us since the get-go. Thanks also goes to Pastor Edie. You've personally sacrificed so much because of your love for the Church. We honour you for that. Thanks to Pastor Ray for continuously sharing our stories and mission with the Church, and having the people pray for us frequently. Thanks to John who is definitely the Mann, our missions coordinator, for being an advocate for our mission. Thanks to the "Body", you've supported us spiritually, physically, emotionally, etc. We love you...
Thanks also goes to the Church Worldwide, where we have many individual supporters who meet our physical needs and pray for us constantly. Really, thank you...
This video shows the last 4 months of our mission to a small community, near Cedro Galan, near Managua, in Nicaragua (Central America). Capital on the Edge has a vision for the hearts and lives of Nicaraguans.
The Nicaraguan people are caught in horrendous economic conditions (poorest Spanish speaking country in the World), and are currently led by a socialist government, the leader of which was a revolutionary in the 1980s war between the Contras (US backed) and the Sandanistas (USSR backed).
We're currently working alongside Nicaraguans in the prisons, hospitals, schools, with the poor, orphaned, widowed, with children, youths, young mums, the elderly, etc. We desire to see a generation of Nica-youths discipled and raised to be a band of Nica-vangelists, who are equipped and ready for the spiritual battles that lie before them!
Our vision is BIG, and our future is bright, thanks to a Church who have walked with us EVERY STEP of the way... Thank you Lord for Capital Edge Community Church in Canberra, Australia!!!
Your brothers and sisters in Nicaragua,
Capital on the Edge xoxo
Then the King will say to those on His right hand, 'Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.' Matthew 25:34-36
To anyone interested in supporting our mission, please consider pledging $50 per month, to support a young Nicaraguan school student. Capital on the Edge is working with a local Church in order to disciple young Nicaraguans, and our school will give these poor children vital opportunities in a third world economy. ALL donated money goes directly to the cause of these children, unlike larger organisations that send MOST of the donated money.
To support a child, please contact us today:

Who are we? We are Capital on the Edge... We were sent out in 2008 by our home Church, Capital Edge Community Church in Canberra, Australia (CapitalEdge.org.au), to be missionaries in Latin America.
We are now based in Nicaragua, Central America, the poorest Spanish Speaking Country in the World. We are currently serving the small rural communities near Cedro Galan (just outside of Managua, Nicaragua).
Many thanks for the time you have taken to watch our video. We cannot serve this community without the Body of Christ...
Love to you,
Capital-on-the-Edge
