Today Vicki is going to show you how to make super easy Lasagna using Oven Ready Pasta from Barilla. This is the recipe right off the box with a few adjustments.

The recipe recommends a 9x13x3 pan but I use a 15x11 and if you follow this recipe you're going to need to extra room in the pan so it doesn't boil over.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees

Gather Your Ingredients:
1 box of Barilla Oven Ready Pasta - no need to boil!
15 ounce container of Ricotta cheese
5 Cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese (the recipe calls for 4 cups but I use 5)
2 Pounds of browned Italian Sausage (the recipe calls for 1 pound but it's so much better with 2) You can use ground beef if you prefer but we like the Italian sausage.
2 - 24 ounce jars of spaghetti sauce - I use 2 1/2 to 3 jars and our favorite is Classico.
The recipe on the box calls for 2 eggs but I leave these out.
