FSAAI Registration
FSSAI stands for Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. It provides food license to every food and/or beverage business in India. It also prescribes and regulates guidelines to be followed by such businesses ensuring that the quality of food served is up to the mark.

What Is FSSAI Registration / Food Licenses?
FSSAI Registration/Food License is a mandatory license that every food business e.g. restaurants, food/beverage manufacturer, cafes, traders, grocery stores, importers, exporters, etc. need to obtain before the commencement of their operation. The rules and regulations in this behalf are issued by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).

Types Of Licenses
Basic FSSAI License
This is the most basic FSSAI License for businesses with an annual turnover below Rs. 12 lakhs. The registration process for this type of license is quick and requires basic documentation.
State FSSAI License
This type of license is for small to medium-sized enterprises with turnover ranging between Rs. 12 lakhs and Rs. 20 crores.
Central FSSAI License
This type of license is for larger enterprises with turnover above Rs. 20 crores. Documentation for both State & Central Licenses is more comprehensive and the whole process takes a little more time.

Photo ID Proof of Operator(e.g. PAN Card, Aadhar Card, etc.)
Address Proof of premises(e.g. Latest Electricity Bill, Rent Agreement etc.)
Partnership Deed/Certificate of Incorporation/Trade License etc.

Food Safety management system plan.
