How To Properly Use A Frozen Drink Machine (Elmeco fc1, fc2, & fc3).

In this video you will see step-by-step how to properly use our frozen drink machine as well as preparing the product for it.

1) Make sure you place the machine on a strong sturdy level table.

2) Ensure that each machine has dedicated electricity going to it. The single chamber machine needs a minimum of 11 A, the double chamber machine needs a minimum of 15 A, and the triple flavor machine needs a minimum of 20 A. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

3) Making mix - if the step hasn’t already been done for you by us, pour one full bottle of drink mix into the mixing jug. Then fill the jug with cold water to the “max” line as indicated on the jug.

4) put the cap on and shake very very well for at least 10 seconds. Do you want to get a good mixture.

5) Open the top lid of the machine and pour all of the contents into it.

6) turn on the machine by hitting the power switch on the bottom left side of the unit.

7) The default setting should be a “4”, “5”, or “6”.

Depending on the ambient temperature this can be adjusted. Use the arrow up key to make the product thicker or the arrow down key to make the product thinner.

8) freezing time takes approximately two hours. At that point if you’re planning on adding alcohol do so after the product is fully frozen. You can start dispensing drinks shortly there after.

Product mix and alcohol are the only two things that should be added to the machine. No ice, it’s a fruit or foreign objects are to be placed in the machine.

10) Enjoy!

Cleaning - The machine does not need to be clean… Just empty. To do this take the mixing jug and fill it about halfway with hot water and pour it directly into the machine as it is running. This will melt and dilute any additional product left in the machine. Then simply drain it through back into the mixing jug and dispose of the product.
