Burrito Crust
📝 準備食材 Prepare ingredients
▪️雞蛋 1 顆 egg 1 pcs
▪️杏仁粉 40 克 Almond flour 40g
▪️椰子粉 11 克 Coconut flour 11g
▪️洋車前子粉 13 克 Psyllium Husk Powder 13g
▪️水 135 克 water 135g
▪️鹽 2 克 Salt 2g

以上的配方每個捲餅用約30克左右擀平,差不多可以做8張捲餅皮,一次吃不完可以用保鮮夾鏈袋裝在冷藏保存3-5天,要吃的時候再用平底鍋加熱一下就可以囉😋
The above recipe uses about 30 grams of rolled out flat for each burrito, almost 8 burrito wrappers can be made, not eaten at once, can be stored in a plastic zipper bag in the freezer for 3-5 days, when you want to eat and then use the pan to heat it up 😋
