Craving sushi but don’t want to spend the $$$? This sushi bake is a perfect quick meal at home for the family to enjoy and scratch that itch! Minimal prep time and delicious flavor combinations will leave you satisfied! The ingredients you’ll need for this dish are:

10 oz salmon
3/4 lb large shrimp
1 cup small grain rice cooked according to pkg directions
2 tsp furikake
1 cucumber chopped
3 scallions
1 avocado
2 tsp sesame seeds

Marinade for seafood
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
Dash of sesame oil
1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp black pepper
Pinch of salt

Sushi su
1 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp salt
1/4 cup sugar

Spicy Mayo
1/4 cup mayo
2 tbsp sriracha
Dashes sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
