Arjan Veen is concert organist, church musician and conductor. He is the organist of the Maartenskerk in Doorn, connected to the Dom Church in Utrecht as Vesper organist and is studying a Major in Choir Conducting (Master) at the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp.
Arjan Veen achieved his Bachelor and Master in organ at Codarts Rotterdam and studied with Aart Bergwerff, Ben van Oosten and Hayo Boerema. He completed his organ Masterrecital summa cum laude in 2015. He has acquired numerous awards at international organ competitions and took masterclasses from Hans-Ola Ericsson, Jürgen Essl and Peter Planyavsky, among others. Arjan enjoys further interpretation lessons with Joris Verdin in Antwerp.
Currently, Arjan is studying Conducting with Luc Anthonis at the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp and is active as conductor, accompanist and singer, with various choirs and ensembles.
