ང་ཚོ་བོད་མིའི་ལས་འགན་གཙོ་བོ་།
Tibetans, our main responsibility
རྒྱལ་ཁབ་རང་བཙན་ལེན་རྒྱུ་དེ།
Is to restore freedom for Tibet
ང་ཚོ་བོད་ཀྱི་མིས་བྱེད་དགོས་པ་ནི།
This we have to accomplish
ངེས་པར་ཚང་མས་བྱེད་དགོས་པ།
This we all must resolve to fulfill


རང་བཙན་ལེན་རྒྱུ་དེ་རང་རེད།
Striving to restore Tibet’s freedom
དེ་ནི་སྒྲུབ་དགོས་པས་མ་ཟད།
It’s not only something meaningful to pursue
སྒྲུབ་འོས་པ་དང་སྒུབ་ནུས་ཞིག་ཡིན།
But it is something attainable
རང་བཙན། རང་བཙན། རང་བཙན།

ཁྲག་རྒྱུན་འབབ་ཆུར་བྱས་བའི་འོག་ནས་སམ།
I wanted to fight till blood flowed through the rivers
མི་རོས་ལུང་པར་རྒྱང་པ་ནི།
But that only achieves in filling our land with graves
ཡོངས་གྲགས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ཡིན་ཡང་ང་ཚོ་ནི།
Many of us wanted to react with violence
ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུའི་དགོངས་པ་བཞིན།
But it is better we respect the wishes of Kundun


ཚད་མེད་ཞི་བའི་ལམ་བརྒྱུད་ནས།
And take the correct path of non-violence,
བདེན་པ་དང་དྲང་པོའི་ཐོག་ནས།
With truth and justice as our foundation,
མུ་མཐུད་ནས་མཐར་སྐྱེལ་བྱེད་དགོས།
Till our responsibilities fulfilled.
