I needed to make some frames to net my pond, that still allowed it to be removed easily during the day.
These use 25mm PVC conduit with 20mm galvanised conduit threaded through them, to give enough stiffness to pull the netting taught without bowing the frame.
The frames are a bit twisty at the corner joints, but hold together fine as long as you lift them off carefully.
