Paul Reville, Education Redesign Lab director and professor at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, explains individual student success planning and its goal of personalizing education and tracking student performance from school to career. A diagnostic profile is developed for each student and his/her needs to give them what they need to be successful in school and in life.
