All valuations were correct at the time of broadcast. These cufflinks came to this lady via her father, who ended up receiving them after lending some money to a neighbour who was unable to pay her debt. Appraiser John Benjamin is able to date the pieces to around 1905, at the time when George V was the Prince of Wales and just before he became king. The experts from Antiques Roadshow take a look at some fantastic antiques and the history and stories surrounding them. This clip was filmed in Dartington in 2005.
