Mariachi Oro - McAllen High School - 29th Annual Mariachi Extravaganza

Mariachi Oro from McAllen High School in McAllen, Texas is under the direction of Alex Treviño. They were one of the 7 groups out of 23 total to advance to the finals of the National Group Competition High School Category.

The Mariachi Extravaganza is one of the largest and most important mariachi music festivals in the world. Over 1,000 mariachi musicians, educators, and aficionados gather in San Antonio, TX every year to be a part of competitions, workshops, and events hosted by the Extravaganza.
