Castle XLX2 setup and ready to go in our TLR 5iveB !

Today we set up our 3rd xlx2 esc. The other two are in our Dbxl and xmaxx. both running smart sense with castle motors. The first one was from the first week of October, the second one early November and this one is a latest batch .

We made this video because people are eating up the word of certain yt personalities that claim to power this esc and it catches on fire, Clearly in those videos you can see that the esc is not set up correctly. Too high of kv 6s motor ran on 8s, wrong plugs , etc ,etc. Usually the same thing causing issues. I've been saying it for awhile now 1000s of people are running this setup without issue and they don't speak of it. But we know for sure if someone has an issue they will instantly complain , or post it on the internet.. that just how it is now these days.

That being said I won't say there aren't legitimate issue's that a small number are seeing and need to be resolved but it's nowhere near the scale of what these guys have made it out to be.

There are very few companies innovating and pushing the limits of what's possible in high power brushless rc right now. Making claims that aren't accurate at all with such a huge audience is just reckless. They won't offer stuff like this in the future at all if this is how it's going to be. You will get a max5 equivalent xlx2 locked at 200 amps, speed and power will be gone, no new records will be set , cars won't be pushed to thier limits. Anyhow thanks for watching the video, hopefully people can decide for themselves and not just regurgitate something one guy who set up his car wrong says.
