Adolph Team helps client find perfect home

When you're working with me and our team, we don't listen to what we want. We listen to what you want and what you need. I had a particular client. She was looking for that perfect house to where she can come home and just say this is mine. Well, we went to go see a few homes and then she was like, well, I don't know what I want. I'm just undecided. So I was like, all right, I'm going through your criteria. You want this, this and this. If I can show you all of this, how would you feel? She said within my price point, there's nothing out there. I said, well, just give me Opportunity. Let me find it for you. So we went to the home. I opened the door 1st and I was like, this is it. This is it. She came behind me through the garage. It was a new construction. And I said no, no, no, no I need you to go back and come through the front door and I need you to close your eyes. So when she walked in, she closed her eyes and I said, OK, when I count to three, I want you to open them and tell me the first reaction 1. 2-3 She opened her eyes. She saw the nice beautiful blue lake in the back. She bust out crying and I ran outside and told my wife. I promise I didn't do nothing. She was so excited and today we're still in communication. Being in situations like that, it's really a gratitude for me to help somebody to find something they truly love.
