Today we’re learning all about transpiration! In the previous video, we mentioned the guard cells briefly.

We’ll start by looking at them in more detail, learning about how they open and close the stomata to control gas exchange and water loss.

Then we’ll define transpiration and consider the knock-on effect of this on the plant - the transpiration stream!
