An Australian Pied Butcher Bird, Cracticus nigrogularis, siging on the patio at Seal Rocks NSW, Australia. He is imitating a kookaburra, a Seaeagle cry, a Lorrikeet, a dove, a Noisy Miner, and several other things I can sort of recognise including a dog's bark. He just turned up and started singing, obviously wanting to be fed. He came back often, day after day, many times to a whistle call from me, just settling down, standing on one leg and letting rip with his songs.
