💡 What You Can Do:

1. Elevate the Head: Use a slightly inclined surface or a wedge pillow to keep your baby’s head elevated during sleep to reduce acid reflux.

2. Smaller, Frequent Meals: Feed your baby smaller portions more frequently, avoiding heavy meals or milk right before bedtime.

3. Burp After Feeding: Always burp your baby after feeding to release trapped air and reduce the chances of reflux.

4. Use a Humidifier: A cool-mist humidifier in the room can ease coughing caused by dry air or mucus build-up.

5. Steam Inhalation: Sit with your baby in a steamy bathroom for a few minutes to loosen mucus and ease breathing.

6. Avoid Tight Clothing: Dress your baby in loose, comfortable clothes to prevent pressure on the tummy.

7. Monitor Allergens: Ensure the sleeping area is free from allergens like dust, smoke, or strong scents that might irritate the throat.
